Easy Japanese Beef and Noodle stir fry

Easy Japanese beef and noodle stir fry is a one pot meal and can be made in less than 30 minutes! I make this on busy weeknights when I can’t spend hours cooking dinner. With flavors of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and your favorite vegetables.

I love Rice Ramen from Lotus Foods. It’s only 2 ingredients and it’s gluten free. I was wanting to create more recipes that included it so I came up with this! It’s a new favorite in our household.
