Cut up your chicken breasts into small bite sized pieces. Season with the listed seasonings. Preheat a large pan over medium high heat with olive oil. Add chicken to the pan once hot and cook until done, around 10 minutes. Once done set aside on a plate.

Get a large pot of water boiling for pasta. Once boiling add pasta and cook per package instructions.
To the same pan that the chicken was cooked in, add a little more olive oil if needed and add the diced onion. Cook for 5 minutes over medium to medium low heat. Add minced garlic, stir in. Add butter and once it's melted add the flour and stir. Add tomato paste and mix in. Add chicken broth stir until well combined then add heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese mix until cheese is melted.
1/2 diced onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp butter , 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp flour, 2/3 cup chicken broth, 1 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup Sun dried tomatoes in a jar of oil, 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Add cooked chicken to the sauce and serve over pasta.
