Egg and Cottage Cheese Bake

Easy, high protein egg and cottage cheese bake! Eggs and cottage cheese is like peanut butter and jelly. It’s just one of those combinations that work well. The cottage cheese melts slightly inside and gives it a soft and fluffy texture with each bite. Customize this to your liking with your choice of vegetables. A fluffy, delicious and healthy breakfast!

Egg and cottage cheese bake is perfect for meal prep. I used to make scrambled eggs every morning, but now I make this on Sunday and have already prepared eggs for the week. Saves me time and dishes! Pair this with my honey spelt biscuits or my fresh milled flour sourdough bread recipe.
