Hey it’s Ellyn! I’m a wife of a supportive husband and a mom to my daughter. I’m an avid gardener. I love to cook from scratch and develop recipes. Ever since I was a teenager I was in the kitchen testing recipes on how to make “healthier” versions of them. Now whether or not they were remains to be seen… My love of nutrition and food continued to grow and I attended college for food science. Food and nutrition has always fascinated me.
